Great Staff. Awesome rooms very clean. And you can literally walk anywhere downtown.
It shocked me how bad the service was at Hyatt House Austin Downtown! Upon my arrival and check in on Monday the guy at the front desk could not run the payment to check me in, looking at his phone and texting rather then help me. My room was on the 6th floor, and for some reason the water was not getting hot. I mean warm enough to be my body temperature and at times a bit warmer.
