Home aways from home for 9 years now...every year..it has become very familiar and very welcoming
Thank you for another fantastic Wintergrass “vacation”! The staff’s enthusiasm for our crazy eclectic crowd is definitely noticed and we always feel welcomed from the moment we excitedly pull up to check in (with a full luggage cart plus of instruments and bags). Every year my biggest regret is that we don’t spend nearly enough time in those amazingly comfy beds.

First the Hyatt charged the wrong card for our room, and then after we got home, they ALSO charged us for incidentals on the wrong card. One time I can overlook as a mistake, but when they're specifically told "charge everything to Card A," and they charge Card B not once but twice, that's an astonishing lack of attention to detail, and I personally no longer trust them with my business.
