Muy buen hotel gente amable y cordial habitaciones confortables y muy limpias
A vista é linda e a localização boa mas o atendimento é péssimo. Para começar ao chegar no hotel fui surpreendido com a moça da recepção me oferecendo uma garrafa de vinho como cortesia de boas vindas (ótimo, não?). Subi com a minha esposa para o quarto e esperamos por 2 horas e nada. Ao sairmos para jantar cobramos a primeira vez. E nada no retorno. Una vista maravillosa, desayunos espectaculares y la atención muy buena, no recuerdo el nombre de la chica pero en el desayuno siempre nos hablaba en español para practicar su idioma... Muy amorosa, no sentimos como en casa

Revisited the Hyatt Regency Jersey City many times since it is my first choice hotel for New York visits. The locations is perfect - the PATH station is "just around the corner" and it takes you one station to get to Manhattan (World Trade Center). The view over Manhattan and - if you are lucky and your window is facing south - the Statue of Liberty is fantastic. Nothing to complain about. 5 stars +
