Incredible views of the Manhattan skyline and easy access to New York City. Very nice brunch buffet in the restaurant that has panoramic views of the Hudson River, the Statue of Liberty and Manhattan.
Absolutely the worst experience today. They overcharged my card and now wasting an hour of my time waiting for them to refund it. I initially came here for the night to have a peaceful night stay, I worked 15 hours producing a live event and I simply cannot believe I had to physically come here since they weren't even answering the phone. Seriously I can't even describe my experience right now.
Amazing view and amazing staff! Definitely a great option when coming to the NYC area!
