I was in at the Waukee HyVee store. I had great help from the meat counter. I was looking for Tiefenthaler brats but couldn't find any. The meat counter associate was able to find a substitute brat. He also took and showed me where the impossible meat was kept. Thank you for a shopping experience.

Jillian at the customer service desk is super rude and condescending. She makes you feel like a huge inconvenience. I’ll never go back to this Hy-Vee to send my mail as long as she’s around.
