The flowers my daughter received for her birthday at college looked nothing like the flowers I ordered. Not a single flower was even similar to the picture. It was not even a cute bouquet, to be honest. A child could do better. It was on time. Best I can say about it. Not very impressed. The Hy-Vee in my town always does a wonderful job with arrangements.

Always very helpful and nice. Will deliver anything in the store you ask for and pair it with custom flowers/etc.

I will never order from this Hy-Vee again I called the Saturday morning before Mothers Day to have flowers delivered to my 95 year old mother for mothers day and they said they would be delivered later that afternoon. They did not deliver them until Tuesday afternoon after. when I called they lied to me and said they went 2 times and no one was home. they were home all day and never left the house. My mother in law sent me flowers through this store. The bouquet was clearly several days old. It lasted about two days and some of the flowers had rotten stems and were already withered on the day I received them. Very disappointing.
