Ordered flowers for my mom, they never got delivered to her. Told me I had to come get them but they may not be there until the driver was back. I guess I was supposed to just sit and wait at the store. When you pay for a service, it should be done
Hy-Vee did the florals for my wedding. The flowers were beautiful, but communication was difficult which resulted in extra costs for myself. At my design consultation I showed the designer a photo of Eiffel tower vases I had and she said they could do them. I then tried to do a floral trial with one of the vases earlier in the year as a test, but communicating this was difficult, and ultimately we paid for a trial that wasn’t complete.
