RecommendedI recommend but recently disappointed by the lack of concern for ensuring items are crediting the customer for fuel saver items. Two visits in a row, I had one item for which I was not credited fuel saver. Requiring me to wait in line at customer service to get it corrected. Worst part is no apology or any visible concern about getting the error corrected for other customers. How many customers are not getting the proper fuel saver credit without knowing it?
