I went to the New Starbucks this morning at 9:00 am and the girls that were working did amazing and they were busy. Big shout to I think her name is Lindsey she was the one taking orders and on the register. She was great. ��
I like the store. I like the selection. But what concerns me about this store is how they manage their employees. They keep kids past their scheduled work hours. In the summer not a big deal but during the school year keeping kids as late as 1130 p.m. or even midnight on a weeknight during the school year is not cool and to me shows piss poor management. When I was a kid and worked at Hy-Vee on the east side....that kind of thing never happened. Kids have enough stress with school they don't need to be sleep deprived as well... read more
I'm extremely frustrated to find out Caribou Coffee is being replaced by Starbucks. Starbucks is all over the place and Caribou Coffee is so much better. This has totally put me off from Hyvee in general. You have lost my business.
I had originally though that the Caribou coffee area was being remodeled. Not so. Today I was sadly disappointed when I saw a sign that said 'Coming Soon, Starbucks'. I do not like Starbuck and have always preferred Caribou. I liked having another option for great coffee. Altoona already has two Starbucks, why is there a need for another one? Many times I would go ahead a shop at Hy-Vee because I was already there getting a cup of coffee. It looks like I'm going to have to start driving to P. Hill or Ankeny to get my Caribou... read more
Hyvee Aisles Online is the best thing you could EVER do for yourself!!!! ESPECIALLY when you have a 5 year old who NEVER wants to leave the house at the SAME time you want to! I Ordered my groceries online last night, set up a time I'd be there today and they brought them out to my car this morning FAST and on time. �Didn't miss a thing on my list! BAM! Best 10 minutes of going to the grocery store EVER! �
