Hyvee is probably my favorite grocery store in Springfield as far as price, quality, and variety. I am not a huge fan of their delivery/pickup service, though, which is why I only gave four stars. Otherwise, it's my go to grocery spot :)
O have been shopping at this store since it has opened and always have received decent customer service..today tho takes the cake ...I called in to place a to go order so I didn't have to cook dinner and was transferred over and place on hold long enough that the employee at the customer service desk picked back up and asked what he could do for me...sent back over to the Italian express...finally an employee answers the phone...I asked him about a family pack and was told they no longer make that and proceeded to hang up on... read more
