Very disappointed today... not expected from Hy-Vee. Bread that was purchased today from Bakery and says is good to be used until Aug 26 2017, has fungal growth. Lesson learned never pick before checking.
We drive across town to visit Hy-Vee. Not only is their selection second to none, the service provided is exceptional. My battery on my car died while I was shopping and the manager pulled his personal car over to jump the battery. Things like that don't happen everywhere! And the fuel saver is a fantastic bonus too!!
It is really the people who make any business great. The people at the Springfield, Missouri store are what make me LOVE MY HY-VEE!!! :)
I love Hyvee for there customer service, the meat and deli department is amazing, and all the organic section and prices on a lot of things are amazing. I love the salad bar and the produce department.
Has everything you need. I love the atmosphere and cleanliness � Only wish there was one on the north side!
Hyvee staff is always friendly and so helpful. Every time I come into the store, no matter the department, every employee is eager to help in any way they can. I recall a time when I had my 4 year old and a newborn with a cart full of groceries and a downpour outside; I had an employee and a manager help me outside to put my screaming newborn into the car as quickly as possible, and they even went a step further and put my groceries into the car, suffering the torrential downpour. Best grocery store in Springfield. Fresh produce that lasts, workers who are very pleasant and helpful. Always a great experience and the hyvee market grill is just as wonderful!
I have only been here twice and Both times I've had problems! Your sale adds are very misleading!! Very disappointed... Now I know why I don't shop here on a regular basis.
