Just one more reason we love our Hy-Vee! Their in house dietitian (Amanda) was a huge help in making suggestions (based on her opinion as well as what sells best) when our then 6 year old tested positive for a milk allergy. So when my husband asked the other day about doing a lasagna (because now he’s dairy free too), I knew who to ask. I really enjoyed the salad bar and it’s a great deal especially for people on a fixed income. One complaint, that constant annoying PA system is very annoying when you’re trying to enjoy lunch with friends and can’t even carry on a conversation. Otherwise good experience and I’ll definitely come again. Just please cut out all but absolutely necessary pa use. Or tone it down a lot. Thanks.
Great place to do shopping. We drive 30 minutes to do our food shopping. It is also a great place to pick up some good food.
Great customer service! They make every customer feel special. .. not just a select few. Would like to give a special shout out to Frances in wine and spirits. She helped me obtain a special spirit when other liquor stores in the area just dismissed the idea. Thank you Frances and Hyvee!
I love the produce at HyVee
Why do I drive 30 minutes to Hy-Vee? Because I have never had a bad customer experience! The employees go out of their way to fix mistakes, even doing more than I expect. My kids also experience great customer service with free cookies, produce, and greetings from many of the employees.
