We had the best professional and informed work done on our drain issue by Caleb. Previously we had another large company out that charged us a lot more and did nothing but try to upsell us to replace pipes in the tune of $3500 - which we were told by Caleb was not necessary. If you want to feel like you have an honest job being done, our business and money is going to H.W. Bryk from now on! Thank you!!!

I am new to houses versus apartments so I haven’t dealt with this type of service in the past. I called them later at night panicking as our main had backed up and it was gushing from our basement toilet. They were very quick in responding to my call and got out to me first thing the next morning. Everyone I spoke to was very polite and understanding. Excellent service; efficient and reliable! I had a persistent clogging issue that was disrupting my business. I called and spoke with Tom, who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Within 10 minutes, Kevin arrived, quickly identified the problem, and fixed it efficiently. His professionalism and expertise were impressive. Highly recommend their service!

Excellent service. I had a leak and the job was done precisely and quickly. If you're not using their service then you're missing out and the charges are reasonable. Very professional all around.
