Some of the worst customer service I've ever encountered. These people will rip you off and laugh all the way to the bank. They charged my elderly father over $200 to repair an ice maker in his house, and when it didn't work, they offered to come check on it for the incredibly low price of $175. Or, as one of their employees condescended to me, "It costs us a hundred and eighty just to set foot out the door." Thanks for that. I couldn't even get a technician on the phone to talk with.
