Sara in the outreach scheduling is terrible. My girlfriend is trying to schedule a consult. Sara tells her there are no openings on Friday, then calls her back and says she lied. There is openings on Friday and we will call u Friday morning with your appt time. No phone call! Then she gets a phone call saying she missed her appt. WTF? No wonder they are having to pair with another company!!!!!

im not the type to complain I mean I love rc hospital and clinics . and there are a few nurses that are awsome and doctors that are awsome to me and friendly but . I had a couple of nurses that seem like they didn't care and they had that attitude towards me I won't mention any names but the rest of the nurses and Doctors are great❤❤ I'm thinking about switching to a different hospital

Because they are removing the pharmacy in April 2020. What a mistake . Some people like going to the clinic pharmacy it’s convenient! Always busy ! Why would you take close it!

Terrible experience with Dr. Bryan Trottier. I hope other patients will be spared. The doctor and his staff were very disorganized, exceedingly rude and unprofessional. They could not answer simple questions and there was a complete lack of timely follow-up.
