The doctors here are fantastic, and the facility is clean and welcoming. The receptionists are seriously unprofessional. I waited well past my appointment time while they just chatted, and ordering contacts was insanely difficult. They struggled to spell basic words in my address, and could not help me understand my insurance benefits. I do want to keep being seen here, but they have some serious work to do on the receptionists' professionalism
Dr Huseman is so kind and helpful. Thank you to him and his staff for squeezing me in on a Saturday. Amazing team and practice! Highly recommend!
