RecommendedEveryone I encountered was so friendly & very helpful. Connie schedule me right away to have Andrew come look at my furnace & water heater. He then gave me a prompt estimate & even answered my questions by email on a Saturday evening! Two very nice & efficient young men fixed a pipe for me yesterday in less than an hour (I’m sorry I did not get their names to give them proper credit). Overall, excellent customer service & I will be hiring them for my next project!
Wow this company sent a tech and within minutes he knew what was wrong with our air conditioning unit. (other than my husband tried to fix it)

As first time home buyers it’s scary at times to know “what to do.” On Tuesday evening we turned our air conditioner on for the first time and nothing happened. Had my semi-annual service done today on the central air and heating system, everything checked out, Dean Michele’s was our serviceman, he is excellent.
Kept me informed of appointment and sent a picture of the technician before arrival. Overall a great experience
