Just had the technician - Dean - out to the house. Very professional, friendly, and polite. I got a text when he was on the way and a picture which is a nice feature. He quickly identified my issue and we are cooling down as I type! Ahhhhh relief. So glad i signed up for the maintenance plan. While this was not covered by the plan - the annual maintenance has been appreciated and makes sure we are ready for each season. They have a loyal customer.
