When you see 24 hr service most times if you call at 4 am you get an answering message and maybe get a call back later, not Hurlburt. When furnace was acting up, called and got some suggestions to get it running until serviceman could get here. Thanks Mike and to the young lady I woke from her sleep.
Very impressed with the customer service! They were prompt, understanding, and easy. Andrew walked me through packages, financing, etc. and I had a new furnace/thermostat the next day, with no gimmicks or hassle. After installing everything, the follow-up was smooth. Andrew ensured my questions were answered and that I understood my new system.

Always great service! The only place I will call anytime I need something done with heating and plumbing. I recommend them to everyone I know.
If you have an oil furnace do not allow them near it! They came to do a routine clean, replaced parts, told me it was running great and the next day furnance wouldn't stay running. They came back out told me my furnace was no good. Went through multiple places for quotes and finally one company told me that they moved the anodes and the spark wasn't reaching it to ignite the furnace. Furnace is running great now, no thanks to Hurlburt.

Furnace guy, Andrew, stopped by my home recently to take a look at our heater. We hadn’t had any major problems with it, but we knew that it is getting up there in age and wanted him to take a look.
