Terrible bed side manner. My sister and I waited with our mother to see Dr Jerry Huo for 1.5 hrs even though we had an appointment and once we got in he did not give us the time of day. The front desk was extremely disappointing! I have interacted with the only young man at the front desk on multiple occasions, and this has not been a one-time experience. Every time I have seen him, he has had the same attitude. He is extremely cold and impatient. He often acts as if helping patients is a burden and gives the impression that everyone is bothering him. Avoid this clinic at all costs. My experience was so disturbing that I genuinely wondered whether the doctor was mentally fit to practice. The doctor wouldn’t let me ask any questions and treated me very poorly. It was one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had.
