If I didn't have to choose a star level, I wouldn't even give this property management company even ¼ of one. The cost of rent is absolutely ridiculous. There should be no reason for the ultra-inflated costs to live in any one of their properties. Maintenance, do they actively do anything, other than drive around in their vans all day? They do events show up, but they don't call to let you know when they're going to arrive. And, if you don't answer the door right away, they let them in.
