Neighbors beware! HCS started construction on the lot next to ours and tore up our new sod this spring, despite not having a construction easement. They used no erosion control, so our grass along the lot line has continued to deteriorate and is filled with gravel and mud. We cannot mow the back corner of our yard due to the mud that has accumulated.
