RecommendedBefore my teen was born, at last 3 friends recommended Huntsville Pediatric Associates. We surely will miss them once our dd ages out. I recommend HPA to new parents and new families that move to town. Our doctor is caring and thorough, and we love the on-call nurses, especially Nurse Caroline!
We love Huntsville Pediatric Associates! We have always been treated with the most excellent care. Both of my daughters love HPA. The oldest is now 21 and misses everyone. The 11 yr old will be a patient there until she moves on because of her aging out. Thank you all for what you do for your patients and their families ❤.
HORRIBLE patient services. The people at the front have always been rude when we’ve gone in but today takes the cake. We faxed over my daughters school vaccine request two months ago....the school never got it. My husband tried faxing it several times last week and the fax machine was busy. He called and they said “we can’t do anything about it.” So my husband went this morning because we need the form by tomorrow....after waiting for a long time and being told it was $10 they came back out and said it would be an extra $25 ... read more
We love Dr. Todd!!! She is very caring and answers any of my questions!!! We will continue to see her until we are kicked out!!
Have been patients there for two years and have put up with out doctor. After 6 office visits this month, I decided to ask about switching doctors. I was told explicitly, “you are welcome to change doctors but not within this practice”. I am appalled especially after how much we’ve spent and dealt with our primary not catching illnesses on the first visit. Agree with comments about office staff. Also had a new doctor that was abrupt and not really very caring. They now charge $25 for required health forms that confirm that the shots we paid for were given. That is ridiculously high and unacceptable! I feel like my records are being held for ransom.
I have absolutely LOVED Dr. Sarah Todd since my 3 year old came into this world! 💖 She has always been so caring and always able to get my daughter better for all the things little ones have to deal with being in daycare, etc.. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER and a few other Dr's that were available during a sick day/same day appointment of Dr. Todd was out. My son has been a patient of Dr. Cochran’s for 14 years . She is the kindest doctor and has wonderful bedside manner! She has helped my son through a hospital stay as a baby . She is thorough and always able to get to the root of the problem. I Love that she listens to the parents and never makes you feel rushed. She is now my daughters physician and I know she is in excellent hands! You will not be disappointed with this practice or the physicians! They have an exceptional staff!
