Huntsville Pediatrics has a ridiculous policy where they discharge a patient with an unpaid balance literally of ANY amount. We had a balance of 40 dollars that I was unaware we owed them, and they discharged us. Without letting me pay the fee and keeping my kids on with them. I am getting remarried and my kids can't get into Huntsville pediatrics where my step-kids go. We loved Dr. Gunther and can't find another pediatrician we like.
I absolutely love HPA!! Yesterday I called for a sick appointment for my son they got us in after hours. I don’t know too many places that are willing to do that. I know how it is to work late. I know you’re ready to be home with your family. So thank you for all you do!!! My son is feeling better from his visit. He says the shot didn’t hurt that bad. We love Dr. Gunter and staff!!!
