RecommendedAbsolutely love Dr. Klemm and Nurse Lindsey. It’s never a fun trip with a sick baby, but they make it as easy as possible while also being extremely thorough. So thankful for this place. ❤️
Dr. Ellis and his nurse Christy are the best. Love them so much. But the front desk staff need to get it together. My son had an appt today and I called to check him in ,and they said his name wasn’t on the schedule. Every time we go they are always so rude and rush you through so they don’t have to deal with you. Huntsville Pediatrics has a ridiculous policy where they discharge a patient with an unpaid balance literally of ANY amount. We had a balance of 40 dollars that I was unaware we owed them, and they discharged us. Without letting me pay the fee and keeping my kids on with them. I am getting remarried and my kids can't get into Huntsville pediatrics where my step-kids go. We loved Dr. Gunther and can't find another pediatrician we like.
Excellent all around--knowledge of doctors and nurses, hours of availability, customer service. At times they have gone over and above for us. For example, working during their lunch to see my child. They are one of the most popular pediatric practices in Huntsville for a reason. Keep up the great work HPA!
