We needed to replace an old water heater. I had priced buying the new one myself from a hardware store. I discussed the various options with the ****** service techs, at length. In the end I decided to buy through them, to get a better class of water heater, as well as warranty through them, covering parts and labor. Cost more, but I feel better covered this way. They installed the new water heater and took the old one with no muss or fuss, done in less than 2 hours. Very happy with outcome.
