I do not recommend this company because they are not upfront about their customer care plans that customers are automatically enrolled in. I was signed up for an annual care plan that I did NOT authorize and they made it impossible for me to cancel. I was told that they couldn't cancel it until the subscription expired at the end of the term (a year). I was forced to stop payment by my bank and then I received phone calls, emails harassing me about the monthly payment. It has been a truly horrible customer experience. Please... read more
begin? We called **** Services to flush our on-demand water heater. As a result of this service our ** no longer worked. We had to pay thousands to get a new one. We added a recirculator as well. We specifically asked repeatedly for a remote controller of some sort. We were assured that that we could operate it using our phone. No mention was made of an additional charge. The installer operated the unit from his phone before he left. We however were unable to get the app to work. We contacted them many times for over a year ... read more

Labor Charged by the Job, Not the Hour If you are thinking about using Hunts Services for plumbing, please be very careful. Hunts Services charges labor by the job, not by the hour. With my experience it was very ********* mothers hot water shut off valve under her kitchen sink needed replacing. Hunts Services replaced both shutoff valves and supply lines, charged $473.26. I thought this was a fair price, considering parts on the high side would run $50 and the rest in labor, $423.26.Then when we tested the new connections, ... read more

Hunts replaced the water tank for my boiler to supply my home with hot water. After three days, and $10,000. to replace holding tank (tech recommendation), we still had no hot water. Had to hire another company who came out and fixed it right the first time, only it cost me another $3000. Hunts Services had no remedy for me though I waited for them to process my complaint for 2 and a half months. I was replacing hot and cold water supply lines to all the sinks in the house (13 total including line to dish washer). Service was good on work performed.But I had been quoted prices that were half what I ended up paying a month earlier. And I purchased and provided most of the materials which should have reduced the cost even more.I had started the work myself, but ran into material supply issues, so called Hunts. Needed dryer vent clean and duct cleaning. Technician examined ducts saying they were good but dryer vent really needed cleaning. He was very thorough. Cleaned area he worked in when done.
I was looking for plumbing maintenance for my hot water tanks (inspection, flush, etc). Used ******/Pierce County ***************** for 2023 and ****** was one of top three listed. I called all three for an estimate and ****** was the only one that quoted me over the phone while the other two would have to send a rep out to conduct a walk through and provide an estimate.
