I had my Jeep in the shop 5 times for a check engine light do to a small evap leak. 3 times in the last 2 weeks. It will be going back again as the light is back on 3 days later.. Unacceptable so we will see if Chrysler corp will step up on this matter.

When I pulled into garage I was met by a very pleasant well informed young lady who explained what would happen and advised some steps I might want to have done
Crooks!! My Jeep was having issues starting, I brought it in and they couldn't figure out what was going on. I did the research myself found out it was a problem with the fuel pump relay. I told them about it and they agreed and told me it would be $900 to fix. This was a recall that was supposedly already done in January 2015 and they would have to do it again and it wouldn't be covered. Since when do i need an appointment to have an oil change done? No more express lane? Not only here but the one near the Hyundai dealership, and the one on sunrise hwy. Do all the dealerships have a shortage of technicians?
horrible service dept. would not honor warranty work tried to charge me $5000 for transmission had to take my business to another dealer who fixed it no problem bad reputation will never go there again
