Service Dept.nothing short of criminal. 4 trips random no start. Can't find cause. Suddenly cause is blown head gasket, but engine wasn't overheating or losing coolant when it was dropped off. In fact was at service for 2 days and they were running it. 5600.00. No way. Had towed to engine shop and NO coolant at all in engine. Doing gaskets and heads at my shop 2400.00
Bought 2013 Grand Cherokee, been almost 2 months trying to get small piece for dash replaced! Everyone says they will call you right back and NEVER do. Working my way up the phone list but can't get General Manager? Should have stayed with Ford or at least another dealership?!
The "service advisor" Tiffany Reid is such a nasty bitch and does not belong behind the counter "helping" customers! The manager was very nice but needs to open his eyes and find a new position for this young lady who needs an attitude adjustment. Because of her I can honestly say that, that was my first and last visit!
