My husband, daughter and I were very excited to go car shopping and we were even more excited about the idea of getting a Jeep as our family car. Our excitement turned into annoyance and disappointment very quickly as we were not greeted upon entering the dealership nor asked if we needed any help. I bought a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. About three months ago paid the whole thing off in cash ask them if they could throw in a few goodies I got denied I was told that I would have to pay for anything extra that I wanted. None of them care they just want their commission
Went in for an inspection, oil change, and 100,000 mile check up. Was told that they don't do that anymore based on mileage. Michael told me I needed fluids changed and new filters. Apparently he must have thought I was a sucker as he continuously smiled at me the whole time and after waiting for over 3 hours. Then I was handed a bill of over $1000 ($600 in labor!) I will NEVER come back. They have lost a customer.
The Storchs run a classy dealership. We have been loyal customers since 1996...... Kevin Mahoney and his sales team are no nonsense classy guys!!! The service department which was always 5 star has been taken to new levels under John Byers...... I can't say enough kind things about them! You don't need them often but when you do youRe treated like family!!!
I purchase a 2012 Ram 2500 from them in Feb. 2017. And hands down has been the WORST POS TRUCK IVE EVER OWNED!!!! The POS truck has been in the shop no less then 8 times and 3 of those times it had been towed in. This truck is an absolute piece of junk. The service never calls to give me updates I had to call them. This truck was a certified truck to, whatever the hell that means. I lost so much $$$ because this POS truck. Do NOT buy a vehicle from these clowns!

Very happy with this dealership, went to two other dealers who refused to help me one of which had sold me my Jeep. Met Bob Kravetz he went above and beyond to help me out of a bad situation so grateful to Huntington Jeep thank you again for helping me get into to my new Jeep Cherokee!!!!
Waited 40 minutes for a salesman to just receive an insulting offer. I will say the salesman was polite, but overall bad experience.
