Awful service, extremely rude service managers. My '16 Grand Cherokee has been here about 10 times. They don't fix anything, just deny they can reproduce problems. My $50k truck has a leaky sunroof and a bunch of other problems they can't seem to do anything about. Never returning.
If you are looking for a used or new car or truck go see Sam Medina. This young man couldn’t have been more friendly, thorough, honest and professional. Andre who runs the floor and also does the finances, is literally one of the most helpful men I have ever encountered and most of all, beyond kind. I will continue to send everyone I know to this dealer and myself always go as long as they are there.
