Terrible customer service. It believe the leasing office phone doesn’t work or they forgot how to answer calls - no one answers or returns calls. I’d recommend staying away.
The management team and maintenance staff are awesome! Especially Dave, Nick and Marcus. Erika Torres has great customer service skills. They always go out of their way to make sure their residents are taken care of! Very quick to respond!

Poor customer service. From the past one week I was trying to call the leasing office and none answers. Finally someone answered today and told they will transfer the call to someone who did not reach out. WORST !!
I don't know what I would've done, had Dave not come to my rescue the other day in the midst of all that rain! He came over here and literally bailed out my patio (along with a neighbor). He trenched the mud so that the water would drain away from our unit, using nothing but a plastic shovel! Then he returned with a pipe to further redirect the water and inserted a large board to block further flooding! Had he NOT come when asked, my living room would have flooded, undoubtedly!
