i had a great experience touring renew on naper! i’ve been searching for an apartment throughout the suburbs and chicago area, and alejandro was extremely helpful throughout the process. alejandro was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to provide detailed information about the community while answering all of my questions. the property was beautiful, well-maintained, and the tour was a great experience from beginning to end.
Nick had to replace the sliding glass door blinds and he was efficient and extremely nice to meet. Hard working guy.
I wanted to leave a review for the maintenance team. They are always super fast and nice when there is a problem with the unit. This is my first apartment so I was not sure how a lot of things work. I really appreciate the maintenance team for always being available and fast!
The staff is horrible, they don’t reply, they lied to you. The apartments are in bad shape. They don’t fix any of the appliances. I’ve had a broken washer and dryer for two years and they still will not repair it. They turn my electric off because these apartment complex didn’t pay the
Nick and Markus were very efficient and took care of our work order within the hour I put the work in order! Great guys!!!
