I love living here. There are three different types of buildings to choose from. I live in the one with underground parking. It's fantastic for the kids. It's fun and safe. The excellent elementary school is a 12-14 minute walk away, or you can take the school bus. The middle school is also good. The new management is making improvements for residents. Our complex is changing for the better.
I've been living here since end of January 2025 and I cannot say enough how incredible this place is. Very beautiful units, common areas and amenities, fair rent and most of all incredible maintenance/Repair team. Marcus and Nick have been to my unit many times to fix issues and they are always fast, communicate well and do very good repairs. The place also has a very easy to use online portal. I do plan on renewing my lease and living here for as long as I can.
I am relatively new here. The maintenance crew Dave, Nick, Markus and the manager, Peter, all do a great job. If anything breaks they come and fix it. How it works - you can schedule it online or call. Scheduling online is super easy. When you make an appointment they usually come the same day. Or early the next day. I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely appreciate the hard work and dedication of the maintenance team—especially Nick and Markus. They've been doing an excellent job with the upkeep and improvements around the renewed apartments. They care about maintaining a comfortable and well-kept environment for all residents. thank you!
