Dr. Pham is the best dentist and has the most wonderful staff! She's very thorough in her work and very cognicent of of her patient's comfort. Everyone continues to uphold exceptional service. I thought I would review the Yelp comments with the understanding that there may be some bad reviews but if the overall consensus was positive I would give them a shot.Information is important, that said the website is very informative and was easy to use. Excellent experience across the board, the staff couldn't be kinder!
As always, the front desk immediately greets me and makes me feel comfortable. I sat down for not even two minutes before getting called back. I had a temporary crown placed and will be going back for my permanent one soon. The dentists always take the time to make sure I am numb and ready before they start. I recommend this place 100%.
I've been using Oceanic Dental for about three years now, and I can truly say that they are always a pleasure to deal with. My appointments are usually set months in advance, which might make it easy for me to forget, but they are always good about reminding me about my upcoming appointments, and once I'm there, they are ready for me as soon as walk in the door.
