We are new to Oceanic Dental and have been impressed with the level of customer care.
Dentist does outstanding, meticulous work. I am very pleased with today's fix. Teeth look 100% better. Staff are tops.
What started off as a tooth emergency was an easy fix for Dr Krystal Pham and her staff who was great, compassionate, professional, and painless!
I know you will tale care of me. Thanks for explaining all the procedures needed. I know there are ppl neglecting these kinds of treatment, but you made it easier for me because all thr major stuff needed were done in just few visits. Friendly staff, fast service and warm welcome -- our official dental clinic :)
Not only is Dr. Pham the most gentle, kindest, patient-centered dentist I have ever had, everyone in her office is that way! Every interaction with every staff member has been so exceptional! I am impressed beyond words. I am blessed and grateful to have found this caring team.
I feel like a new man after the Oceanic Dental experience.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted by a smile and a hello. everyone at the dentist office was very nice and quuck to answer any questions that I had. My only issue actual dentist only saw me for a few mintues...mentioned something about my teeth moving ( used to wear braces) , but didn't offer any solution to correct that problem.
Dental procedures and the dentist-Dr. Pham- professional ability are outstanding. Staff are above average in courtesy and efficiency. Scenery (lakeside view) is a wonder. Prices are reasonable. Always a pleasant experience.
At Oceanic Dental you are greeted as an old friend even if you haven't been there in months or only once in your lifetime. They are on time, professional, courteous, clean and hygenic. Dr. Pham is wonderful and very up to date on all the latest techniques. I recommend them highly.
