Changed my account stuff today and the lady that helped me didn’t talk at all. She was silent. Didn’t ask if I wanted the same card design. Which I wanted a different one but too late now. No customer service skills shown to me at all. Felt like I was talking to the wall. Really strange to be given that kind of service.

We opened a new savings and checking account with a few spending safeguards in place (my adult son is autistic and can be taken advantage of.) We waited a week. No access. No money.
