Changed my account stuff today and the lady that helped me didn’t talk at all. She was silent. Didn’t ask if I wanted the same card design. Which I wanted a different one but too late now. No customer service skills shown to me at all. Felt like I was talking to the wall. Really strange to be given that kind of service.

Always seem busier than they should be. However, it also always seems to be handled with charm and grace. Consider adding an employee during the busy days/times.

horrible bank do not do business there, my contractor deposits 3500 check from me from pnc bank on a wednesday i receive notification on thursday money gone from my account contractor told up to 10 day hold, the following tuesday , 7days later and contrctor told he still cant have my money its not cuntington banks money thats my money. we moving to town in 13 months to retire cuntington bank will nopt get my business northland credit union here we come no we going to chase bank instead

My son had fraudulent activity on his old account that we closed out. 3 months later, son received 6,400 from Grandfather's trust. We opened a new savings and checking account with a few spending safeguards in place (my adult son is autistic and can be taken advantage of.) We waited a week. No access. No money. I went in a week later: We were told he was banned from ever having an account due to fraudulent activity. Always friendly staff. Drive-through generally moves along pretty quickly. Checking accounts offer some good perks.
