Branch in question is the one at *******************************************************************. The branch removed the coin counting machine. Worse yet, yesterday I went there to deposit about $2.50 in a variety of coins into my bank account. The teller would not accept them without my rolling them into rolls, which was literally impossible because none of the rolls are for the small amounts in question. I was with this bank for a while. Recently I was scammed by two people who took my money thru Zelle. These scammers are not associated with me. Nor do I know them. Bank let these scammers go without a doubt. Investigators only took several days to review my account. Zelle is a website that had no protection plan at that time. Do not bank here! Someone wrote a fraudulent check on my account and took most of my money. Huntington took an additional 600+ dollars out of my account since this started on May 20th. They know its fraudulent and wont give me my money back over something that wasnt my fault. I even filed a police report and gave them all of the information they requested. What I think? I think Huntington ***** and I will do all I can to make sure Huntington returns $500.00 to me that was disputed. NO HUNTINGTON it is not ok- You work against your customers and not for them. I did not "fill in & return requested form" because ***** v e r received the form! I believe I was told I "might " receive so I watched for it by mail and again, NEVER received any correspondence from your bank. Worst Bank out to have!!! Your money is not secure, they will just take it. Check Process is horrible. App is always bugged out. **************** can never help. Bank will see a mistake on their end and still not correct it. Banking here was the worse decision of my young adult life.
I've never posted a negative review on the BBB website before, however, Huntington Bank's level of service is very disappointing. I'm a current mortgage holder customer of theirs of four years and have been trying for weeks to get in touch with somebody at the bank to discuss the extinguishment of the private mortgage insurance on my loan. So to make a long story short. My wife and I opened a credit card with Huntington bank and got a $12500 credit line. We pay all our bills on time. We'll out of nowhere not even having the card a few no more than a few months and they dropped our credit line to $5000. We asked why and never got a response. My wife filed saying it's unfair. I am with the other customer, if I could give 0 stars. I have been trying to close my account for 3 months since they put a hold on my account without telling me. I have been in about 10 times to close my account and there is always 1 excuse after another as to why they can't. I'm so disgusted and fed up with the whole experience!!

This bank profiled me for a past situation. That I paid my debt to society. If it was a problem why didnt they ask me to live 5 years ago? Instead they let me invest my 600k on a 3 month promotion to earn ************************************** five days before the mutual funds mature.
