I LOVE living here. Katie in the leasing office is so personable and will always help residents in any way that she can! the community is safe and everyone is friendly, plus, my dog loves the dog park! you really get a lot for your money here with the updated units and the amount of space you get!

I’m liking the new management. Amy, I’m thinking that’s her name, is doing a wonderful job as the new manager. Probably the best out of all the managers that have been here. Hope she keeps it up!
RecommendedHunters Point is absolutely AMAZING! It's well managed, clean, great community, and the staff is very nice!! If you are looking for a great place to call home this is the place for you!!
I moved 10 hours away from Arkansas and I promise you that you won't get a better deal/community to live in. The staff is awesome and easy to work with. 24 hour gym and pool. I love that we have access to own little car wash with a vacuum to clean our cars with. Any type of food that you can think of, grocery stores, shopping mall, movie theaters are all within 5 min. away. Hunters point is the place to stay in Chattanooga Tennessee!
Alex and Holly are great. These two ladies along with Kane and the maintenance crew made it easy for us to renew and extend our lease to a year. There are a lot of other nice apartments nearby, so having a great staff is important. We are happy to be here.
The management team here is awesome! It’s like family!
