The nastiest apartment ever. Mold and nasty looking roaches DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! Coons in office that do not care about they own ppl. I pray the lord get every last single one of them. Amen
If i could give this place zero stars i would i lived here for one year and that was enough for me. It started out okay until i started getting so many roaches coming in from everywhere i had to call pest control. When i went in to report the roaches i seen that people have reported rats also. Secondly maintenance is trash ! That’s a understatement, my microwave was out for 8 months and i reported it countless times eventually i just had to go buy my own microwave to use. Putting people out their apartments . Smh
They are money hungry frauds. They will tell you one thing then do another because they are scammers. And the maintenance men will walk in and out your apartment when they get ready and that's totally invading privacy and trespassing. I'm speaking through experience and from others who live in the complex. Very big turn over in management in which causes issues among tenants. Very rude staff and some neighbors are rude very rude. I just found out it is private owned and half government in which explains why all the apt checks. My husband paid full rent and was treated wrong by certain staff. To new management please be more courteous okay. Take a customer care class or etc. I advise if you move here only stay a year and get out asap.
