Had a great a great day with the kids skiing. First time there just make sure you have credit card do not take cash right now. This hard for me who always pays cash and did not have a card with me, my only complaint. We had a great time skiing. Will be back. Victor A Hartley lII
Good variety of trails for all skill levels.
Great mountain and I appreciate all the work being done for COVId and social distancing. But I am confused as to why at 4:03 pm today I cannot reserve tomorrow with my epic pass because it is unavailable but I can purchase a lift ticket via your website for tomorrow?
On-site staff defer to corporate phone lines to resolve any issue. No one answers the phone... They claim to sell refundable lift tickets but online form is not available and unreachable on the phone. Claim to be military friendly and offer military discounts but no one seems to have any information on this either. Disastrous customer service.
Great for skiing and snowboarding.
I need to get a refund for tickets I purchased because my husband became ill. On the ticket it says to email them if you need to change your ticket. That's what I did. I later found out you need to submit a refund request form. This was not mentioned in the email with the tickets anywhere! No link for it or anything. Then I called and waited on hold for 2 hours and got no response. Completely ridiculous. I will be calling my credit card company to fight the charge.
It was very difficult dealing with all the COVID restrictions, but now we know the routine hopefully will be easier.
Mountain is good, but services are limited due to covid
