Just showed up at the mountain and my wife went in to use the restroom. She was told very nasty to go across the street to the convenient store the mountain doesn’t open till 8am!? What do you expect people to do that drive hours to get to your Mountian. Such a disgrace

Booked a place to be near hunter midweek. It’s been an awful experience. The lines at hunter have been ridiculous on a Tuesday and Wednesday morning. Over one hour wait. They did not open other lifts to take you to the top of the mountain. People are also not wearing masks properly. No one is enforcing it. We left after two short runs and waiting fifty five minutes for each run. It doesn’t look like they limited capacity either. They only limited lifts and force people to crowd together. Not Covid safe. Go to a different res... read more

It is hard to believe that Vail owns this mountain. There is no social distancing and no enforcement of face covering policy. People stay in lift lines with uncovered faces and the staff says nothing. To enter the mountain, you have to go through a crowded and small indoor space, full of people with no face covering. Vail’s rules and policies have no meaning here and are not followed. In addition, staff is not knowledgeable about the mountain and can’t help navigating it. The resort is booking more people than it can safely ... read more

Absolutely the worst experience with customer service I have ever encountered. I have emailed their customer service address 5 times over a week period and received no response. I finally got their Facebook page to answer me, and they directed me to their phone line. I should have expected that their voicemail box would be full based on my prior experience. I have not been able to get in contact with them, and am just accepting that my $80 lift ticket will not be refunded. If anyone is thinking of skiing here... GO SOMEWHERE... read more

I recent visited Hunter this past Saturday, January 9, 2021 and it was the worst experience ever. I’ve been going to Hunter for over 10 years and I will never go back. I ordered my one day ticket back in mid November and never received it. I was told by Hunter to pick it up at customer service the day I go skiing. I waited on line for the ticket for almost 45 mins and when I finally got to the staff helping me, they said I had a Season Pass which was incorrect. That took another 30 mins. I then waited online for the one chai... read more

5 days of trying to reach customer service via phone, email, and messenger to get a military ticket. Today, on the 5th day after being on hold for 45 minutes, someone answered and hung up.

No notification when the mountain is clearly not opening. Treat your employees and customers like crap and your company is going to fail.

The app could work, the lift cam could work, the could be social distancing in the lines, staff are good but Vail resorts has made this a much poorer experience.
