Ok I've been going to Hunter for over 30 years. Enjoyed the skiing and staff. My 12 year old was skiing with friends. Great time!! I decided to take my other two for tubing what a mistake!!! I waited in line with kids for 45 minutes only to be told that we would need to go two hours later. Paid 60 dollars, and going down hill was about as much fun as going down neighborhood hill. It was my fault for going. But didn't expect staff cursing and totally disorganized. Staff were rude and did had attitude. Um we are going to Bella... read more

First timer here. Great skiing and instructors were great! Only issue we had is rental gear and kids lesson queues took forever to go thru and appeared to be somewhat disorganized.

Hadn't been here in years. The conditions and facilities were much better than I remembered. Stayed in Liftside Condos. Will be back.

Hunter is great. Always has been , but last few years its been getting more and more crowded. I would recommend a investment in a new lift to the peak.

For some reason in the morning they tried to make me park far away. I wake up very early so I can park close, but they tried to send me all the way on the right side. Why? Is this OK? No,..If you are lazy and sleep late, then you go and park all the way over there. But why they make ys do it..Dont understand..

Lets not kid ourselves, it's a smaller, limited range mountain (mid range for this area), BUT it's great to get your ski/ride fix especially on days during/after a nice dump... Relatively close to the greater metropolitan area, very accommodating, and not the worst lodge food you've had. Could have a nicer/bigger locker area (hasn't changed in years). It ain't Breckenridge, but it's good for what ails you when you need it in a small convenient dose.

Lifts always breaking down, obnoxious crowd of people - any ski resort in New England is better
