my personal vehicle is a 2017 Ram 3500 dually purchased it from Hunter. 3rd Ram truck I brought my company truck to Hunter for service. We have tons of Ram trucks in our fleet 1.5 billion a year Construction company and Ram the biggest dealer in the west can't even get shuttle service for their customers. yeah I'm sure Dave Smith the real largest truck dealer in the WEST has shuttle service for their customers. Wonderful customer service Every time. But sometimes the wait is to long. And my car has a problem the book and appt and it’s always a week or two later. :( But never had a problem
Was able to talk to Davieon and Brian they were helpful and straight to the point. They helped me get exactly what I was looking for. I got my car I wanted, in the color I wanted, with the package I was looking for, amd the best part at the price I was asking for. Thank you guys for the help Love my new car

Service Dept is the worse ever
Absolutely horrible service department.... don’t bother leaving your number because they never call you back. I will never bring my Jeep back for service!!!
