the way they handle sales, they forget to tell you, if it's not a Dodge, Chrysler or Jeep, the only thing they can do for you is change the oil.. after my first oil change, 2 months later, my brakes were over fifty percent gone, (I bought a car from them with bad brakes..) who knew I had to have a mechanic, check all that, especially since I was buying from a car lot that had a 15 point check system (who knew brakes are included in that!!!) which I had to pay to get fixed... the whole experience the second time around has be... read more

I just picked up a new Ram Promaster! Happy with my salesman Bill and the finance manager Mark was also very helpful! They know their stuff.
Do not deal with them. Th lead you on, bait in switch, has me driving to the dealership several times and then say vehicle is sold. Treat you unprofessionally. In my opinion only, do not deal with them. Always has the best experience out of the area.
