They have the worst customer service. Sales to service. Everyone acts and walks around as if they hate their job. I wish there were somewhere else to go in the AV. I really don't know how they stay in business.
Amazing service. Team went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible on the Jeep we purchased and even took the POS I wanted to get rid of off my hands so I didn't have to try and get it to the junkyard. Bless them. Even my grump of a husband who hates car shopping was happy with the experience at the end of the day. Loved that there was never any pressure like a lot of other places. Very chill team who genuinely have your best interests in mind.

The service department was a complete joke! It took 3 weeks to get an appointment to fix my truck. They took two weeks to “fix” it and I was charged 200.00 to rent a truck, paid 1,600.00 for my truck to be fixed. I get home and my truck had the same issue it had to begin with. I called the department...(which only takes voicemails) told them my truck was still not fixed. I never received a call back. maybe you could start by not insisting a 9 month old baby wear a mask. your sales crew must not be very educated.

I think they did not realized your child's age when you asked if they needed a mask, since it was over the phone. When I mean DO NOT get your vehicle repaired here please DO NOT. They’ve had my vehicle since June 4th, 2020. The service rep that was suppose to be helping me with my car Rachel left the company recently and no one told me anything or communicated with me. I had to call every week to get a status update on my car. This place’s service center is a joke. We paid for the protection plan and just took our car in for an oil change and tire rotation and they refused to rotate our tires because they said we need new ones. These tires have 20,000 miles on them!! When my husband asked the guy to show him the measurements he measured everything 5’s except one spot in the middle one tire where he shoved the gage down and he said it was a 3.
