Since I’m being prompted to leave a review here it is: well, my wishes and hopes were to get a realtor that would be responsive and receptive and understanding however, I got quite the opposite. Everything seemed to be a battle with Tricia Sutliff. I felt like I was promised things, but it would only happen if I brought it up time and time again. My experience with the HUNT advisor was 5 stars The House Inspector used by the company is 1 star Here's what happened: When I walked the house before inspection I saw a crack in the plaster in the corner of the living room wall (between the side of a window and an interior wall). The inspection was done during the workday, so I could only show up at the end of it. I worked with Carolyn Alessi from this branch. Carolyn has been my realtor for two sales now, and I would never think to use someone else. She sold me my first house in 2014 and I thought she was great. Then, in 2023 when I was ready to sell my house and then buy a condo, I only ever planned to call her to help me again.
