My experience with the HUNT advisor was 5 stars The House Inspector used by the company is 1 star Here's what happened: When I walked the house before inspection I saw a crack in the plaster in the corner of the living room wall (between the side of a window and an interior wall). I worked with Carolyn Alessi from this branch. Carolyn has been my realtor for two sales now, and I would never think to use someone else. She sold me my first house in 2014 and I thought she was great. Then, in 2023 when I was ready to sell my house and then buy a condo, I only ever planned to call her to help me again. They have employees who have worked there for “awhile” who still lack training and any real ability to facilitate rental agreements. We worked with an agent who never had a straight answer for any questions and was almost impossible to get ahold of. We were told we were approved and had the apartment, all we had to do was give them the deposit.
