Really nice surrounding area, loads of shopping, new elementary school, beautiful parks with swimming, tennis, walking trails, golf, creek and lake to fish for the kids! Helpful office staff and maintenance responds fast! First 6m where good but now we notice way more trash around and new younger neighbors have brought bugs and loud noise with them running up/down the stairs and pounding on doors late at night! Kitchen/bathroom could use upgrades but the apartment is spacious with good storage for the price!
Your car will be towed at least once leaving you without a car and out over 200$.
I have loved my last 2 years here at Hunt Club. The rent was SUPER affordable but ever since the new management has come along, a lot of changes have happened. Some good, others I could do without.
Hunt club now deserves a five star. It has improved a big deal. You only need to talk to the right person and things go well. Before you would cry for some help and take long time to get help but now come and see. It is now the best apartment you will ever have. It has changed alot. Hey friends come and taste our apartment.
If you want a roach infested , molded sheetrock, unprepared dirty units , with broken appliances. Move here quick...they will fuck you over in every way possible.! I know of 6 buildings and have talked to numerous Tenants about roaches and the propertie hasn't and will do nothing about it...stay away from this place or any Lincoln property company's complexes ..
Bunch of lazy people in the office. Maintenance guys wear horrible. Girls in the office are nice until they get you moved in and then they turn on you like they are doing you a favor. Look for someone else to live unless you want to pick up a bunch of unruly kids trash because their parents don't teach them any self worth or pride in where they live.
