Ordered last week and we got doughy breadsticks. This week we get doughy pizza, calzone and breadsticks. :\ at least they refunded our money.
Glad you had a gluten free crust but you really need more veggies to put on one of your pies, like spinach for example.
Placed a order took 2 hours came cold no call To tell me that they had to call a driver in I had to call and find out where my order was
More interested in taking delivery orders,than putting food out for the buffet.i paid for 3 buffets and it was over 15 minutes til there was any pizzas. Filled up in a poorly stocked salad bar..I was a tourist,so I'll never be back anyway..bit be forewarned..This place SUCKS..I'd been to one other in Florida that was MUCH better. I guess I should have ordered a pizza,than trying the buffet.
I love there pizza but the manager could use some training in customer service skills. Ordered online for an order to picked up at a later time. Went to pick up or at specified time and was told it would be 20 more minutes because I didn't place the order till 7:16pm. When in fact I had placed the order at 6:53. Then to make the situation worse he does not offer a resolution to his mistake and wants me to tell him how to do his job. Worst customer service I have had. Thank You for the awesome service I had yesterday. My son was having a birthday party and when I called the girl was very nice, helpful and gave me the best price possible. We had it delivered and again the man brought it in for us and took them in the kitchen for me! Excellent service!!! Thank You!
