I stopped there for dinner on 08/02/17 it was great food also good customer service. I had baked ziti.the wait time was acceptable. The place was very clean.when i visit st.Augustine again i will absolutely be going there.thank you for great service.
One of the nastiest hungry homies I have been in by far! Got home and started eating when my wife found a roach cooked into the cheese of a slice. It was there clear as day how did they now see it when preparing or putting it in the box? Doesn't surprise me nasty as the place was. I'm in contact with corporate about the issue now
Haven't even opened the pizza boxes yet. But the staff at this Howie's epitomized excellent customer service. And after sitting on I-94 for an hour, that service made my night. Thank you!!
Food was great! Customer service was great! The profanity coming from the back was awful, an elderly lady actually said something to them. We'll be back, just keep it clean!

Don't go for the buffet in the summer, there is no AC & it's hotter inside than outside. Get an AC already this is Florida! Makes me wonder how cheap the owner is & therefore I question the food.
Tonight was the second time in a row that hungry Howie's confused our order..and te pizza box was wet and soggy, it could barely hold the pizzas. I have pictures...gross!
The food was awesome, love the crust on the sandwiches!! Very friendly delivery, definitely will wait here again when in the area.
