My son found, what appeared to be, a roach leg in the food & we had not been there 15 minutes when I took it to the "Manager", Thomas. He said he would give me $15 back on a bill that was $39.88 (5 buffets) after arguing back & forth with him, he gave me back $36 & he kept the "tax".
Best customer service again and again! This team really has it together from friendly orders to friendly delivery! Great job guys!
Excellent service and even better food! Polite and kind employees who went above and beyond! Food is awesome, especially the steak & cheese sub w sub sauce!
Usually the pizza is GREAT, however, my order is consistently wrong. They can never seem to send the drinks. They repeat the order and the drinks are there, then my order gets here and they magically seem to have not rang up my drink order. I understand that things go wrong and sometimes things get forgotten. It becomes a problem when the issue becomes consistent.

I'm from MI where there is a Hungry Howies minutes from my parents house. I suffered in Jacksonville for many years without Hungry Howies. Then Hungry Howies on Gum Branch opened up, but they didn't have green olives.
