Waiting over 2 hrs for an order that they said would show up in 40 mins. Called the store to ask for a manager and the lady said I got her. As soon as I tried to speak my problem she asked to put me on hold. Came back and listened to the fact that it's been over an hour for my order. Her response was 50% off my next order and it's on the way! Best part was she hung up on me after saying that. I will NEVER order from them again

These guys are a joke. I came into town late for business and just needed a place to deliver a pizza. The guy on the phone was super rude. When I asked what was popular he said, “I don’t know, dude. Pizza”. He couldn’t even find the hotel on his map and made me wait for like ten minutes while he tried to find it. An hour later the pizza still wasn’t delivered so I called back. Do not recommend this place at all. They left items out of my order and when I called to have it fixed I spoke with a very nasty lady with a nasty attitude, the shift manager Joanne. She would not satisfy me as a paying customer that did not receive exceptional customer service at all. She even went as far as hanging up on my. I rarely ever review pizza places. It’s not my favorite food. But I must tell you that I came in last night and had the BEST experience I’ve ever had with a pizza place. My youngest daughter passed her first driving test last night. She asked for her favorite pizza to celebrate. HH is no longer in St Johns so I drove to Dewitt.
